Formula Friday

 

All blends are given in parts. If a formula is 1 part lemon and 1 part lavender, it means you can use 1 drop of each, 10 drops of each or 100 drops of each.

Cellulite  
4 parts pine
4 parts juniper
4 parts anise
4 parts lime
4 parts thyme

5 parts grapefruit
5 parts pine
5 parts cinnamon
2 parts cedarwood

Concentration
3 parts basil
3 parts rosemary
3 parts lemon

3 parts ginger
2 parts grapefruit
1 part juniper

3 parts peppermint
3 parts clove
3 parts basil

3 parts lime
3 parts rosemary
3 parts spearmint
